It can take a lot to get back on the dating horse after certain types of relationships. Kim Kardashian seems to know this a little too well, because her sister, Khloé Kardashian, has preferred to stay in and enjoy her “me” time with a good bingeable TV show and maybe a glass of wine every once and a while after her kids are tucked in for the evening . But Kim, along with her and Khloé’s mom Kris Jenner, are reportedly over this whole stay in mentality — which is why Kim was the one responsible for getting her sister out of the house for one of the most exclusive Fourth of July parties in the Hamptons to help her Khloé get her groove back.

“Kim’s sick and tired of seeing Khloé moping around by herself and pining for Tristan,” a source revealed to Life & Style . “So she dragged her out to party, and they had the best time together flirting with all the hot guys there.”

Khloé’s relationship with Tristan Thompson has been tumultuous, to put it lightly. The pair started dating in 2016 and welcomed their daughter True in 2018. However, things got messy fast with Thompson’s multiple cheating scandals — and with Khloé taking him back on multiple occasions. By 2021, Khloé decided it was time to finally end the cycle, although the two continue to co-parent their children amicably. “I stopped dating Tristan when Tatum was in utero. So, I don’t know, two-and-a-half years I’m not dating. It’s not that crazy,” Khloé explained on The Kardashians , referring to their son born via surrogate .

For Khloé, who previously said that her time after her kids go to bed is “my time. I’m not sharing it with a man. I’m not sharing my TV. I’m not sharing my bed,” the party was definitely a welcome change in routine.

“They both got a ton of attention, even though the place was crawling with hot models,” the insider continued of their time at billionaire Michael Rubin’s annual all-white Fourth of July party. “Kim and Khloé were getting hit on pretty well by every guy in the place.”

This recognition “was a huge ego boost” for lovelorn Khloé, 40. “It was a huge night for both of them and it went a long way to making them feel confident about their sex appeal,” especially since there was no shortage of A-list men to peruse.

The guest list for the party, as anyone could imagine, was nothing short of star-studded. “They got to hang out with Tom Brady, with Drake, with Leo DiCaprio, the list goes on and on,” the insider added. “It was just what they both needed.”

Khloé, who has previously expressed reluctance to delve into the dating world again, seemed to have a change of heart, or at least isn’t completely shut off to the idea. “They are now in this mindset where they want to enjoy more of the same,” the insider says. Since then, Khloé traveled with Kim to India for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. She’s also been posting a bit more on her socials.

For Kim, who was most recently linked to a different ex of Khloé’s, this summer has been about fun. She been seen spending time with her friend Mariah Carey, with both megastars setting each other up on dates . The Fourth of July party seems to be part of a broader plan. “They’ve both decided that this is going to be the summer of hot men!” the source noted of the sisters.

Only time will tell if Khloé is go from hot brat girl summer to still-dating-in-the-fall-mama, or if her sisters and momager will let her be single in peace. After all, there is nothing wrong with being a single mom, especially if you are the one who wants to be in that position and has the resources to do so.
