A new Publix market is coming to Florida. This one, however, will arrive with a difference as the anchor of a new shopping development.

According to a report this week from ShoppingCenterBusiness.com, ground has been broken on the upcoming Publix-anchored shopping center, The Shoppes at Orange Blossom, which will total more than 60,000 square feet and is coming to Naples.

From the report: Other tenants at the center will include Great Clips and Le Nail Salon. Scheduled for completion in late summer 2025, the project is situated at the entrance to Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, a 150-acre outdoor park and entertainment destination, and adjacent to apartment community Emblem at Orange Blossom.

It should be noted no tentative date has yet been announced for the new center's opening.
