Marshall County Fair offers fun-filled week of events for all ages

MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) — It’s time for funnel cakes, livestock shows, tractor pulls, and much more in Marshall County this week.

The Marshall County Fair kicked off on Sunday with a variety of events for everyone to enjoy.

On the first day of the fair, people were able to enjoy a car show with both new and antique cars, as well as the mud bog event featuring a large variety of trucks.

One member of the fair board says the fair is one of the largest in the state of West Virginia and has become an annual tradition for many.

If you weren’t able to make it out today, there are still plenty of events you can catch by the end of the week.

Monday night, we’ve got our rodeo and our Queens pageant. Tuesday night, we have a concert on the stage, Nathan King, and then we also have an antique tractor pull. Wednesday is our ATV drag. Thursday and Friday are our truck and tractor pulls, Friday night features semis, and then Saturday wraps it all up with our demolition derby and our headliner, Mark Wills.”

Daily admission for the fair is $10 per person, and a week pass is $50.
