Kyle Fletcher Shares Update On Skye Blue After Her Collision Match With Hikaru Shida Was Stopped

During this week’s episode of Collision, Skye Blue’s match against Hikaru Shida would be stopped after Blue took a high cross from Shida on the outside, resulting in her needing medical attention. And now, following the rumor online that the 24-year-old had suffered a broken ankle, her boyfriend and fellow AEW wrestler Kyle Fletcher has shared a photo on X of her back home with her lower leg in a cast.

Blue, real name Skye Dolecki, broke into the pro wrestling business in 2017 via the indie circuit and, by 2021, had caught the eye of AEW management. This would lead to her wrestling as an enhancement talent on their now defunct YouTube shows AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation, where she put over established names like Dr. Britt Baker and Nyla Rose. However, after getting herself over with fans, she was signed to a full-time contract and subsequently is becoming a star herself.
