Nobody can deny that King Charles and Queen Camilla are very much in love – as proven by the fact that the monarch reportedly chose his wife over his youngest son when he was given an ultimatum.

King Charles, 75, once again proved how much he cared for the 77-year-old Queen Consort while they were on a two-day visit to the Channel Islands. And it was captured on video for the world to see!

King Charles Urges Royal Aide To Help Queen Camilla Put Her Coat On While Battling Wind And Rain

In the now-viral video, King Charles could be seen urging a royal aide (or "snapping" at them, to use the words in the TikTok video below) to help Queen Camilla, as she appeared to be struggling to put on her coat while battling the super-strong winds and pouring rain.

Queen Camilla could be seen struggling to get one of her arms through her coat as she was holding an umbrella with one hand. King Charles firstly tried to help his wife himself, before becoming flustered and frustrated and urging a royal aide to assist. According to a lip reader, the King asked the nearby aide to "come and help her," which he dutifully did.

The exchange understandably garnered a lot of attention on social media, with many royal fans commenting on how "sweet" the monarch was for the way in which he cared about his wife.

    Internet Reactions

"Such a gentleman," gushed one fan in the comments section. "God bless you, your majesty," added another royal fan, as a third said: "True love!" "So good to see him protecting his wife," said another fan.

"I'm starting to like them both now," wrote a fifth TikTok user, as another wrote: "It's simple courtesy to help if you see someone you know struggling with their umbrella or coat." "Lovely," wrote another fan. "Wello done Charles," praised another, as someone else wrote: "Awwwwww."

Some of the other comments were a little more sarcastic and critical. "If she didn't hold the brolly so far down she wouldn't have struggled to get her coat on," noted one user. "If Charles had held her umbrella for her, she could have put on her own coat," speculated another, as someone else quipped: "Must be hard putting your own arm through a sleeve all by yourself."

Others thought the royal aide was to blame, as they thought they should have stepped in sooner. "When the staff don't like you," joked one fan. "He is the King, they should be ready to assist without being prompted," thought another, as another chimed in: "The aide should help a 77-year-old woman in the pouring rain who is one handed because of her umbrella." "I mean he is paying them a lot. That's the least they can do," commented another TikTok user.
