How and when will you vote in this election?: Poll

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — How and when do Michigan residents plan to vote in the upcoming elections? A recent EPIC-MRA poll of active and likely Michigan voters shows that the majority of the sample will be voting at their regular polling place on Election Day.

The question, asked in the statewide poll between July 13-17, is as follows:

“When you vote, will you vote on election day at your regular polling place, vote at your early voting site under the new law that allows 9 days of early voting ending on the Sunday before election day, or will you vote by absentee ballot?”

The responses were as follows:

60% Will vote at polling place on election day at your regular polling place

5% Will vote during 9 days of early voting allowed through Sunday before Election Day

29% Will vote by absentee ballot

6% Undecided/refused

The poll of 600 active and likely voters was conducted by EPIC-MRA from July 13-17. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 4%.
