Top 25 Offensive Tackles Ranked: 2024 College Football News Preview

Our preseason position rankings aren't based on NFL potential - they're about how good each of the players should be this college football season. With that said, this year's group of offensive tackles might be a bit down compared to last year.

Eight offensive tackles went in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and 11 went among the top 63 picks, all in the first two rounds. To be fair to the returning tackles for this season, comparing them to last year's historic bunch is asking for the world.

That doesn't mean that this group is bad in any way - it's more of a deep bunch than one with a ton of star power up top.
