Love Island USA fans delighted as show announces MAJOR schedule shakeup

Love Island USA fans were elated on Sunday night as show bosses delighted viewers by announcing there will be a reunion episode for the first time ever.

It comes after this season has had a huge surge in popularity , with Luminate, an entertainment tracking company, revealing it was the most watched show in the second week of July.

And during the show's grand finale on Sunday, the news that there would be a show reunion on August 19 left viewers ecstatic.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one happy viewer posted: "Love island reunion on august 19th now i have something to look forward to."

While another continued: "Love Island reunion confirmed. The producers have listened to us!" And a third said: "Love Island USA is having their first reunion and I am sooo ready for all the tea."

And a fourth remarked: "THEYRE DOING A LOVE ISLAND REUNION AUGUST 19 WOAHHH that s--t is gonna be crazy."

It was an exciting episode as the final four couples - Nicole and Kendall, Serena and Kordell, Leah and Miguel and JaNA and Kenny all enjoyed their final dates together, each experiencing a very lavish final outing.

Kordell looked dapper for his final date with Serena as he revealed he was "excited" after "never losing track of what I wanted".

Upon seeing a very glam Serena, he told her: "You look so gorgeous." The pair enjoyed their final date in a vintage car, as they headed out around the island, before heading to a drive-in movie set-up.

The duo then got emotional as they watched their love story in the villa played back to them on the big screen.

After watching the movie together, Kordell told Serena he was "really happy" with how the night went and it was one of his "favorite" times they'd spent together and that he "knows" their time on the outside will go well together.
