Hundreds of kindergarten classrooms in Arizona have experienced declining measles vaccination rates over the past decade , with more than two-thirds falling below the threshold that would stop the disease from spreading.

The Arizona Republic analyzed all data available on the Arizona Department of Health Services' website that documented vaccination rates at the kindergarten level to tell you how your school is doing.

The Republic’s analysis includes kindergartens with 20 or more students, as the state redacts key information about smaller schools. School names appear as they were reported to the state, and can slightly vary depending on the school year.

Some schools were missing records for some years, possibly because they were not open during those years or the kindergarten classes had less than 20 students. The Republic excluded some school records because they had multiple conflicting entries.

Find your school in the drop-down box on the tool below. You can scroll to the name or type the name in the box.

If your school is missing or if you think a school reported an error, contact reporter Caitlin McGlade at caitlin.mcglade@arizonarepublic.com or @caitmcglade on X.
