Price Chopper/Market 32 and Freihofer raise over $18,000

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. ( WIVT/WBGH ) — Price Chopper/Market 32 and Freihofer’s Baking Co. have teamed up, raising over $18,000 for the Parkinson’s Foundation.

The money comes as a result of the Price Chopper/Market 32 Spring 2024 fundraising program, in which both companies agreed to donate $0.05 for the purchase of select Freihofer products.

The donation will go to helping the Parkinson’s Foundation research a cure for Parkinson’s disease, a progressive, neurodegenerative brain disorder that almost one million Americans suffer with.
