16 & Pregnant star Autumn Crittendon dead at 27 as sister says she was 'robbed of life'

Former 16 & Pregnant star Autumn Crittendon has reportedly died at the age of 27 as her sister says she left "before anyone could tell you goodbye."

According to a deleted Facebook post from her sister Misty that was captured by Starcasm , Autumn had a untimely death. She wrote: “To my dearest baby sister, my twin, my rock, my babies mother, my go to, my world, the only one who got me and most of my childhood trauma, who endured it all with me, my Arnold."

She continued: "You were robbed of your life at such a tender age. You left before anyone could tell you goodbye." Misty went on to add that Amber had passed away before they had the chance to tell her "how much we love you" and how "proud we are of you for staying sober through some of the toughest times of your life."

While her sister didn't reveal what the alleged cause of her sister's death was, she seemed to send a pointed message to one of Autumn's ex-boyfriends. In a Facebook post, she wrote: "YOU robbed my babies of their mother. YOU robbed my mother of her baby. YOU caused a mother and father to bury their youngest child. YOU robbed my child of his other mother. YOU robbed me of my only f------ friend."

In her sister's post, she shared the devastating series of events that led up to discovering that her family member had passed away. Misty explained that once she arrived at the scene, she saw an empty ambulance and emergency vehicles with no sight of Autumn anywhere. She said that when she came to the realization that her "worst fear had come true" she collapsed onto the road in heartache.

Misty's heartbreaking post continued: "I went down the hall to check the rooms to make sure you weren’t hiding back there, but they laid empty.. quiet.. I went where you were last and just stood there in disbelief.. how was my baby sister gone? I was just talking to her. No way this is real life. It’s not real."

She added: "Begging God to give you back to us.. I seen the shirt you were wearing and I held it so tight, I smelled it for so long as I just stood there empty, broken, finally allowing myself a moment to fall apart while I knew the kids were okay and I was alone. I’ll hold that shirt close to my heart forever. We are gonna make sure these babies are okay. Your memory will not fade over time. It will live on every moment of every day."

Autumn previously starred on MTV's 16 & Pregnant during the reality TV series fifth season alongside her son Drake's father Dustin Franklin. At the time, Autumn was attending high school in Richmond, Virginia and was grappling with her relationship with Dustin and her fears over his ability to a be a good father to her child. At the time, she raised concerns over the fact that he was unemployed and regularly smoked marijuana .
