In a move that signals its commitment to innovation and diversity, Impact Analytics, a leader in AI-driven solutions for retail and other industries, has revealed the appointment of four female executives to key positions within its leadership team. The additions to their leadership highlight the company’s focus on driving global growth as artificial intelligence (AI) becomes pivotal in retail operations.

    All four positions are new.

The firm has named Maggie Williams Dryden vice president and global head of marketing. With a background in digital orchestration and brand storytelling, Dryden’s expertise is expected to spearhead the company’s branding, growth, and go-to-market strategies. Her experience with leading enterprise software organizations is expected to be key to her new role.

Three others are joining Dryden and will nurture business development across various fronts. Michaela Walker steps in as senior director of global business development, bringing knowledge from her previous leadership roles in prominent tech firms.

Lastly, Maria Brenes assumes the role of director of partnerships, tasked with leading the Trusted Partner Program. Brenes’ track record in initiating partner programs at high-growth start-ups should help create a new avenue of growth and market expansion for Impact Analytics.

Prashant Agrawal, chief executive officer of Impact Analytics, said as the retail industry seeks to leverage AI “for enhancing supply chain operations, forecasting, and pricing strategies, these appointments position us perfectly to capitalize on this shift. We are dedicated to uplifting women in leadership roles, and I am confident that their collective expertise will propel our company forward.”

This expansion of Impact Analytics’ leadership team marks a major step in the company’s journey toward helping to reshape the retail landscape through innovative AI solutions.
