The New 2-Pack of Tumblers That Will Put Stanley to Shame Is Found at Sam’s Club

Until recently, it would seem that no one could touch the throne that Stanley built, but that hasn’t stopped brand after brand from trying. From Yeti and Simple Modern to more niche, store specific brands, Stanley has faced increasing competition on all fronts. And with the astonishing $750 million success of what, at its core, is a just simple tumbler, we can easily understand why competitors would want a piece of the pie.

As the tumbler wars rage on, brands have continued to up the ante with new and improved iterations of the OG statement bottle, and one brand in particular seems perfectly positioned to threaten Stanley’s spot. Popular brand Ello has began to carve out its own lane in the incredibly lucrative tumbler category, and some say that they're putting the ubiquitous Stanley Cup to shame.

Whether they’re dishing out beautiful floral options or anti-slip wine glasses , the burgeoning fan-favorite brand is continually encroaching on Stanley’s territory. In fact, their latest offering at Sam’s Club is so similar to Stanley, you might not be able to tell the difference.

Instagram account @samsclub_doesitagain gave us a preview of the Ello Port 2-Pack Tumblers , and it’s such a great value, you might toss out your Stanley for good. First and foremost you’ll get not just one, but two 40-ounce tumblers, essentially doubling the capacity of their competitor. Fashioned in the traditional silhouette, the tumblers feature a built in carrying loop, integrated handle, leak proof slider lid and a matching reusable straw.

Like their competitor, the tumblers are also double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel and you can toss the lid into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Unfortunately, you won’t want to toss the body of the tumbler into the dishwasher or you’ll run the risk of damaging the bottle of one the many gorgeous color choices you can choose from. The colorways available are sage and mauve, blue and peach, or timelessly classic black and white. As if they couldn’t get any better, the entire set can be yours for the wildly low price of just $29.98—or $14.99 per bottle.

While we might still geek out over new Stanley drops from time to time, it’s safe to say we’ll be watching Ello to see what they’ve got up their sleeve next.
