Heather Dubrow on RHOC Drama With Gina Kirschenheiter: ‘Had Some Bumps This Season’

Real Housewives of Orange County stars Heather Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter are going to have some major drama this season. The two used to be best buddies but then had a falling out. However, it seemed they had made amends. So, what could have happened between them this time? Heather hints at challenges to come in their friendship but reassures fans that she is all good with Gina now.

Heather and Gina spar again in Season 18

Gina and Heather are the most entertaining when the two are besties, not frenemies. Watching them stroll the streets of NYC and stuffing pizza into their mouths was friendship goals. Who could forget Heather giving Gina a makeover? The two just knew how to have fun together.

Unfortunately, last season their friendship had fallen apart. Heather felt that Gina had pulled away. And Gina felt that “fancy pants” was too fancy for her. Gina also didn’t appreciate Heather’s advice to not continuously talk about her ex to boyfriend, Travis Mullen . Heather was only trying to be helpful, but Gina didn’t see it that way.

Now we are in a new season with new feuds. Heather felt good about her friendships overall, but it seems there’s still some work to do with Gina. She spilled the tea to Access Hollywood on the status of her friendship with Gina during the show and afterward.

Heather said, “You know, some stuff happened with Gina very early on that I had a very difficult time getting over. And, yeah, we definitely still had some bumps this season.” When asked if she was still not over it, Heather responded, “I’d like to say yes, because right now I am.”

She then joked about rewatching the season and how seeing the confessionals could possibly change her mind. Heather said, “I’m going to go, really? Okay? And then I might not be okay anymore. I don’t know. Right now as I sit here, everything’s fine.”
