Booker’s Bourbon Unveils 7-Year ‘Beam House Batch,’ Its Second Bottling of 2024

On Monday, Booker’s Bourbon unveiled its second bottling of the year, dubbed “The Beam House Batch” in honor of the eponymous home in which three generations of Noe family distillers were born and raised.

Available now nationwide at a suggested retail price of $99.99, the expression is composed of five production dates sourced from four aging warehouses. Bottled at a sweltering 124.6 proof with an age statement of seven years, two months and 22 days, The Beam House Batch is said to balance aromas of vanilla and dried fruits with a “unique, yet unmistakably Booker’s Bourbon” flavor, per the brand.

Seventh-generation master distiller Fred Noe says it’s a culmination of family history and fond memories.

“I grew up just around the corner and lived next door for years before moving in after Dad passed away. The Beam House, as the name suggests, has been part of my family for generations my great grandad, Jim Beam lived here, my dad, Booker Noe, lived here, and now I do,” Noe said in a news release. “Back when I lived next door, I used to walk across the yard with samples from the plant so Dad and whoever else was lucky enough to be there could gather round the kitchen table and taste them over some barbecue.”

Similar to previous releases in Booker’s catalog, the bottling pays homage to a specific aspect of the brand’s legacy. April’s Springfield Batch was designed as a tribute to the rural town of Springfield, Kentucky, in which Booker Noe grew up, while 2022’s Kentucky Tea batch reimagined Noe’s favorite cocktail in spirited form. Other releases have taken a stab at more niche references; last year’s Mighty Fine Batch alluded to one of Booker Noe’s favorite phrases after a job well done.
