    Two appointed to Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks

    JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Officials with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP) announced that Gov. Tate Reeves (R-Miss.) made two appointments to the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.

    Reeves appointed Colin Maloney, of Tupelo, who would represent the 1st Congressional District, and Todd Hairston, of Gulfport, who would represent the 5th Congressional District.

    Counties with the worst droughts in Mississippi

    “We are pleased to welcome Colin and Todd to MDWFP and look forward to working with them to conserve and enhance Mississippi’s natural resources,” said MDWFP Executive Director, Lynn Posey.

    These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Senate.
