While I have no issues with women in the Secret Service doing recon or if qualified, roof counter sniper, it seems a little difficult to have a 5'5" woman, trying to keep a man who is 6'3", down and out of range. Especially if the one shooting is on a rooftop. That whole event looked to be run by the 3 Stooges or Keystone Kops. Now you have the investigation being run by, the FBI ( they couldn't find out who left cocaine in the White House) the Secret Service (see above) and Homeland Security (Myorkas, that's you). They have to have an independent investigation, or the right hand will never figure out what the left hand is doing.
