Want to be on 'American Pickers'? Mike Wolfe and crew will be picking in Iowa this fall

Calling all collectors and antique enthusiasts in Iowa, "American Pickers" is returning to its home state and looking for leads on hidden treasures

The History Channel reality TV show's headquarters is based in LeClaire, Iowa, and is on its 25th season. The show consists of host Mike Wolfe, shop manager Danielle Colby and co-host Robbie Wolfe.

Frank Fritz, who used to be on the use, departed from the show in 2021. The next year he suffered a debilitating stroke. Fritz enjoyed his first night out in November , uniting with friends at a restaurant in the Quad Cities.

"The hit show follows skilled pickers in the business, as they hunt for America’s most valuable antiques," according to a news release from the "American Pickers. "They are always excited to find historically significant or rare items, in addition to unforgettable characters and their collections."

When is 'American Pickers' filming in Iowa?

The "American Pickers" team plans to return to Iowa to start filming episodes in September 2024.

"As they hit the back roads from coast to coast, the Pickers are on a mission to recycle and rescue forgotten relics," according to the news release. "Along the way, they want to meet characters with amazing stories and fun items. They hope to give historically significant objects a new lease on life while learning a thing or two about America’s past along the way."
