    Brian Connolly of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, The Keith Corp., in the lease of 15,190 square feet of office space in Suite 800 at 850 Morrison Drive in Charleston to Morgan Stanely. Kevin Coats of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.


    Trey Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Los Puentes Inc., in the sale of 1.1 acres of land at 1806 Remount Road in North Charleston.


    Kip Bowman and Sara Bodell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer and seller in the sale of 2.5 acres of vacant land on Highway 162 in Hollywood.


    Bryan Fogle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller, CFG Group, in the sale of 6,060 square feet of restaurant warehouse space at 1171 Clements Ferry Road. Blair Hines of Gearhart of Oswald Cooke & Associates represented the buyer, Spinx Commercial Kitchen and Distribution Warehouse.


    Brent Case and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, La Michocana Ice Cream, in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space in Unit 111 at 5070 International Blvd. in North Charleston. Will Sherrod and Christi Copenhaver of NAI Charleston represented the landlord, Q&M Investments LLC. La Michocana Ice Cream is slated to open in early 2025.


    Bryan Fogle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Modern Movement Yoga, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of retail space in suite 102 at 834 Foundation St. in Charleston. Modern Movement Yoga is now open.


    Wynsum Antiques and Interiors is expanding to Mount Pleasant. This is the second location for Wynsum ownership, which has operated on King Street since 2017. The new space in the Patriots Plaza center on Houston Northcutt is bookended by Whole Foods and Staples. Tim Rogers and Chauncey Clark of The Peninsula Co. LLC represented the tenant. Jeff Yurfest with The Shopping Center Group represented the landlord.


    Midlands

    James C. Harrison III of Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease of 5,500 square feet of medical space at 7613 Garners Ferry Road in Columbia to Prisma Health- Wellstreet Urgent Care.


    Jeff Hein and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia leased out 3,030 square feet of office space at the Landmark Business Park in Columbia.


    Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer of NAI Columbia handled the lease of 2,157 square feet in Sparkleberry Crossing at 841 Sparkleberry Lane in Columbia.


    Roger Winn, Braden Shockley, Paul Hartley and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,576-square-foot office space at 200 Center Point Circle in Columbia.


    Rob Lapin and John Coleman of Trinity Partners represented the landlord and Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey represented the tenant in the lease of a 9,100-square-foot industrial space at 756-860 Rosewood Drive in Columbia.

    Upstate

    Peter Couchell and Robert Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 4,713-square-foot Applebee’s located at 125 Rainbow Lake Road in Boiling Springs.


    Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 101MC LLC, in leasing 7,324 square feet of office space at 135 Halton Village Circle in Greenville to Alternative Behavior Strategies LLC.


    Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Generations Services Corp., in a lease renewal of 7,000 square feet of industrial space at 224 Westfield St. in Greenville to CenturyLink.
