Elon Musk Says He Was ‘Tricked’ Into Authorizing Puberty Blockers For His Transgender Child: ‘My Son Is Dead’

Elon Musk , the CEO of Tesla, expressed his belief that his estranged transgender child fell victim to what he refers to as the “woke mind virus” after being misled into authorizing puberty blockers.

Musk, the 53-year-old billionaire, has vowed to combat the culture that he deems as “incredibly evil” and is responsible for allowing his 20-year-old child, formerly known as Xavier and now Vivian Jenna Wilson, to undergo gender-reassignment surgery in 2022. “I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier,” Musk said to psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson during an interview with the Daily Wire.

“This is before I had any understanding of what was going on. COVID was going on, so there was a lot of confusion and I was told Xavier might commit suicide if he doesn’t.” Musk, who characterized the procedure as “incredibly evil,” stated that he was never informed that the puberty blockers were essentially sterilization medications. “I was tricked into doing this,” Musk said.

“I lost my son, essentially. They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead. My son, Xavier, is dead — killed by the woke mind virus.”

The founder of SpaceX, with a net worth approaching $200 billion, stated that he is committed to eradicating the gender-reassignment process for children following his child’s transition.

“I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that,” he said. “And we’re making some progress.”

Vivian, who is one of the six children Elon Musk shares with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, gained significant media attention in 2022 when she filed a petition in a California court to change her name and gender. In the legal document, she also asked to adopt her mother’s surname in order to distance herself from her well-known father, stating that she “no longer lives with or wishes to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”
