COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Nancy Boren has nearly 30 years of experience running elections and registrations for Muscogee County.

As her office prepares for the November 5 General Election, she talks about the five elections and runoffs that have already been conducted in Muscogee County.

Boren is considered one of the most respected county elections officials in the state, drawing praise from Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his office. In this edition of the Sunday Conversation, Boren talks about the county voter rolls and what’s done to keep them accurate.

She also talks about what elections officials worry could be a threat to voter integrity moving forward — Artificial Intelligence. Boren and other elections officials have been briefed on how to detect and prevent use of AI to put out false or fake election information.
