The Bobby Bones Show shared new movies and TV shows they watched for Tuesday Reviews Day!

Bobby Bones watched Supacell on Netflix. It’s based around only black people who get superpowers. It’s six episodes and the only bad part of it for him was that it was British so he couldn’t always understand their lingo. He rated it 4 out of 5 In its.

Mike D saw the new Twisters movie. The original is one of his favorite movies and he’s seen it over 50 times. He shared that the new one is a standalone film, and you don’t have to see the first one to understand what’s going on. He had high expectations going into the movie and loved that they didn’t try to remake it. They changed the plot and character dynamics but the only thing that is the same is two groups chasing tornados. He thought what they did better with the new movie was the action, but there weren’t as many memorable quotes compared to the first one. He rated it 4.5 out of 5 cowboy hats.

Morgan watched The Long Game on Netflix. She’s not a huge sports fan but since it was based on a true story she wanted to watch it. It’s about an all-Hispanic golf team in the ‘50s and their rise during a tumultuous time. It made her feel a lot of emotions and she really enjoyed it. She rated it 4 out of 5 Golf Bags. Eddie also saw the movie and liked the Hispanic connection he had with it and that it took place in South Texas and that they played a tournament in his hometown of McLean, Texas. He thought it was a feel-good story that was a little cheesy. He rated it 4 out of 5 Country Clubs.

Lunchbox watched the Beckham documentary on Netflix. He didn’t realize how huge Beckham was and the amount of press he and Posh Spice got. At the time, he didn’t fully grasp that they were once the two most famous people until he watched the documentary. It made him like Beckham more. He thought it was entertaining but not the best documentary and they could've wrapped it up in 3 episodes. He rated it 3.5 out of 5 soccer balls.
