Where Did Lawrence Land Among NFL Top 100 Players of 2024?

The annual NFL Top 100 list is being unveiled this week.

Players ranked from No. 100 to No. 81 were revealed on Monday, and former Clemson star Trevor Lawrence came in at No. 94 among The Top 100 Players of 2024 – which is voted on by the players themselves.

Lawrence moved up two spots from where he landed (No. 96) last year on The Top 100 Players of 2023 list.

Of course, the Jacksonville Jaguars locked up their franchise quarterback with a long-term deal last month, agreeing to a five-year contract extension reportedly worth $275 million, including $200 million guaranteed and $142 million fully guaranteed.

Lawrence’s new deal ties him with the Bengals’ Joe Burrow as the highest-paid quarterbacks in the NFL on a per-year basis ($55 million).

A 2022 Pro Bowler, Lawrence has completed 63.8 percent of his passes for 11,770 yards and 58 touchdowns with 39 interceptions in 50 career starts over the first three years of his NFL career since being selected No. 1 overall by the Jags in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Last season, Lawrence battled through multiple injuries but only missed one game (the first missed game of his NFL career) in 2023, when he completed 65.6 percent of his passes for 4,016 yards and 21 touchdowns with 14 interceptions.

Lawrence, who will turn 25 in October, helped lead the Jaguars to the AFC South title and a wild-card victory in 2022. He is a three-time AFC Offensive Player of the Week and has been voted as a team captain by his teammates each year of his NFL career.
