Well, it's none other than Benedict Bridgerton, the second eldest of the family, who has enjoyed the splendour of not inheriting the responsibilities of his older brother Anthony by turning to fine art.

Netflix made the announcement with a short but sweet video unmasking Benedict as next season's eligible bachelor. It ends with Luke Thompson (who plays Benedict) out of character as he's told, "we're fitting you for a suit". Confused, Thompson says, "I already have an outfit for tonight", to which the person behind the camera says, "Oh no. It's not for tonight. It's for the masquerade ball."

While the streaming service didn't offer us much else to go off, they did "pour some tea" that serves as an appetizer for Benedict's story.

Bridgerton season three wrapped up on June 13 when part two of the eight-episode season hit the platform.

As for when we can expect to see Bridgerton season four, it's going to be a long wait.

Season four has been confirmed to commence filming later this year, but it will be 2026 before episodes drop on Netflix.
