A TikTok video showing a woman seemingly 'frozen' mid-walk has sparked a frenzy of wild theories online, with some users claiming it's proof that the "Matrix [was] real". The eerie footage has gone viral, amassing hundreds of thousands of views.

The clip, uploaded by an anonymous user, captures the woman on a deserted side street while cars speed by on a nearby main road. As the camera zooms in, she appears to be stuck in place, not moving a muscle.

She stands motionless for several seconds before suddenly resuming her walk. The spooky video, captioned 'she was like that for a minute before', quickly racked up over 500,000 likes, leaving viewers divided over its authenticity.

The person filming can be heard in disbelief, exclaiming: "Why's she frozen? Bruv, I'm tripping. What the ----!"

Viewers were left baffled by the strange occurrence. Carrie Bailey commented: "The way the wind isn't even moving her clothes or hair but it's all just stuck completely frozen [startled emoji]."

Some likened the incident to a glitch in reality. One viewer remarked: "She disconnected for a sec."

Another joked: "Her wifi was bad."

Windsor__Foodie remarked: "Sometimes I think we've slipped into a different dimension."

stirring some debate among watchers. Yet, not everyone bought the story, as scepticism quickly emerged regarding the video's validity.

Paraaurum noted with curiosity: "I find it really interesting that there's hundreds of glitch videos online, but nobody has ever seen one in real life."

Adding to the doubt, another chimed in: "Crazy how we have everything we have tech wise and everyone knows but they still fall for edits."

Meanwhile, Lilyb4567 was blunt: "It was a paused video of a video."
