'Bachelor' Alums Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon Welcome New Addition to the Family

Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon , both former stars of shows from the Bachelor franchise , have officially welcomed their second child together, a son named Hayden . The baby boy joins their 2-year-old son Dawson .

The two announced the news on July 23, telling People , "Say hello to Hayden Cruise Haibon. He was born at 2:29 p.m. on July 22, 2024, and weighed 8 lbs., 7 oz. at INOVA Fairfax Hospital."

"Baby is healthy and so is Mama! Seeing Dawson meet his little brother for the first time was as precious as we always imagined the moment would be. Dawson is full of love and kept petting Hayden," the statement went on.

As for what led to their name choice, the couple shared, "We joked about naming him Anakin as I’m a big Star Wars fan and Ashley fan girl-ed over Hayden Christensen as a teen. That sparked the idea for the name Hayden."

Concluding their announcement, Iaconetti and Haibon noted how thankful they were for their expanding family: "We’re so lucky to have Hayden and Dawson in our lives. They both have already given us so much more love in our hearts and as parents, we’re so grateful they are both happy and healthy!"

The couple also shared the news on Instagram in collaboration with People, with fans and fellow Bachelor stars congratulating them on the exciting news.

Bekah Martinez and Blake Horstmann , both stars of the dating franchise, wrote, "another gorgeous little baby face!! what an angel 🥹," and "Congrats guys!" respectively.

Tenley Molzahn , who gave birth to her second child earlier this year, commented, "👏👏👏 Ahhhh! Congratulations @ashley_iaconetti & @jaredhaibon - he is perfection!!!! So happy for your sweet family!"

Fans were just as happy for the couple, sharing well wishes and sweet messages in the comments.

Iaconetti and Haibon met on Bachelor in Paradise Season 2, sparking a friendship and eventually finding love. While there were some ups and downs in their relationship, the two got engaged in 2018 and tied the knot the next year.
