The Young and the Restless: Party Crasher Lucy Puts Faith In Danger

The Young and the Restless seems to be repeating the Cassie Newman and Daniel Romalotti storyline. While both families are still involved, this time the story is focused on Lucy Romalotti and Faith Newman.

Daniel's daughter has become infatuated with Sharon and Nick Newman's daughter. Lucy wants to be friends with Faith and follows her wherever she goes. When Lucy learns that Faith and her friends are attending a pool party, she wants to go. Faith tries politely to tell her it's for college kids, and not suitable for her.

While Lucy pretends she understands, secretly she's plotting to crash the shindig.

Party crasher Lucy earns Faith's wrath

Faith's plan to have a fun evening with friends is diminshed when Lucy shows up. She'll be upset that Lucy disobeyed her, and try to get her to leave. However, a stubborn Lucy will insist on staying.

Lucy's irrational behavior will be the final straw for Faith, who'll snap. She's tried to be nice, but Lucy is pushing her buttons. During her rant, Faith could let it accidentally slip how Daniel was responsible for Cassie's death.

Lucy will be upset by Faith's words and might decide to get revenge. She could slip alcohol or a drug into Faith's drink to humiliate her. But her plan will lead to dangerous consequences.

Lucy's plot has Faith fighting for her life

Faith's spiked drink could have her getting into an accident or becoming sick. As fans might remember she had a kidney transplant a few years ago. She also recently mentioned to Lucy that she doesn't drink much alcohol.

Whatever happens, Lucy's stunt will land Faith in the hospital.

Lucy will feel guilty for what she did to Faith, but her conscience will increase with the next events. According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Faith's accident will set off a mental breakdown for Sharon.

Sharon is already going through a difficult time adjusting to her new bipolar medications. Recently, she's been thinking about Cassie, and Faith's hospitalization will have her remembering Cassie's tragic death. In Sharon's fragile state of mind, she'll believe Faith is Cassie and blame Daniel.

The trauma with Faith and Sharon will finally have Daniel tell Lucy about his past with Cassie. When Lucy learns about her dad's role in Cassie's death, she'll realize she did the same to Faith.

With Faith's life hanging in the balance, Lucy must decide whether to confess the truth or go on the run.
