Dr. Paul Nassif Expecting Second Child With Wife Brittany Pattakos

It looks like another Botched baby is on the way! Dr. Paul Nassif and his wife, Brittany Pattakos Nassif , are going to have another baby. Nearly five years after tying the knot, the couple confirmed that they are expecting their second child together.

The couple confirmed the news and revealed the baby’s gender via social media with friends and family.

It’s a boy!

The reel showed the husband and wife standing together against the backdrop of the ocean along with Paul’s sons Gavin, Christian, and Collin, with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof.

As Brittany watched, the Nassif boys simultaneously set off a handheld gender reveal popper that quickly exploded with blue powder.

Paul captioned the reel with “SURPRISE! We’re having a…BOY!!!!! We can’t wait to meet you, and we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!”

The post quickly felt the love from fans, friends, and Bravolebrities, including The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Heather Dubrow, Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, and alum Taylor Armstrong.

“Congratulations on your newest addition, that’s amazing,” Taylor wrote, while Vicki commented, “Omg, how exciting. Congratulations.”

Baby No. 5

Brittany later shared a sonogram of their upcoming baby and said she is almost four months pregnant. The baby is expected in January 2024. “We’re so excited to meet you!” Brittany posted on her social media with the sonogram picture.

The couple had a baby girl, Paulina, after their nuptials in 2019. Paul quickly showed how happy he was to be a girl dad and has repeatedly shared posts on her social media with him and his little princess.

The news of their newest addition may have come as a surprise to fans who recall that Paul mentioned to E! News on Paulina’s first birthday that he wasn’t going to have any more kids.

When asked if he and Brittany were going to have more kids, he answered, “No, I think I’m good. I’ve got four kids.” Looks like things change. Now he’s going to have five!
