Catrick Mahomes , whose real name is Sly James the Cat, is a social media star. Owned by Brandy Peed, the 7-year-old Bengal-Tabby mix went viral after his owner began dressing him up like Patrick Mahomes to wish the Chiefs good luck.
"I think I've missed doing it a few times, and we did not win ,” Peed recalled to PEOPLE . “It's almost a little bit of a jinx if I don't.”
During the off-season, Catrick can be seen dressing up for holidays, including National Nap Day on July 20, 2024. As of publication, the cat has 10,000 followers on Instagram, with his bio reading “Mayor of Catsas City! Where every day is a holiday and we dress for the occasion! Alter Ego: Catrick Mahomes 🏈”

The plot of Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story is most likely going to be loosely based on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s real-life romance. It is going to star Tyler Hynes, Hunter King and Ed Begley Jr. .
Also joining the cast is Donna Kelce — a.k.a. Mamma Kelce.

Hallmark also announced that they would be filming at Arrowhead Stadium and just recently posted a behind-the-scenes look at the stadium on their Instagram, writing, “ Hitting the field this holiday season…🎄 @chiefs ✖️ @hallmarkchannel . “‘Holiday Touchdown: a chiefs love story’”
The video also highlighted some of the movie's guest stars, which include Jenna Bush Hager, Head Coach Andy Reid, Trey Smith and Richard Christy.
The film will mark a number of acting debuts, and Hager is over the moon with excitement. She appeared on The Today Show in a Travis Kelce jersey and football hat, writing on Instagram, “ It’s Christmas in July… and I’ve got a hot script!
