Sam’s Club has joined the giant skeleton game
When it comes to decorating for Halloween , there are two types of people: the ones who put up a few small window decals or yard ornaments and call it a day, and the ones who go big or go home, filling their yard with giant inflatables and spooky, life-sized figures . This article is for the second type of person.
If you’re that kind of Halloween lover, you likely already know about Skelly, the two-story-tall skeleton from Home Depot that goes viral (and quickly sells out) every spooky season. If you covet Skelly, you have to be very quick to get your hands on one. It seems like Home Depot never gets enough of them in stock, because well before each Halloween, they sell out, and those of us who would love a 12-foot skeleton to call our own are left wanting. But maybe not for long, because this year, there’s another option.
This year, Sam’s Club has entered the market for giant skeleton decor. They’ve introduced the Member’s Mark 10′ Pre-Lit Skeleton Arch , which is slightly different from Skelly in a few key ways: It has spooky, light-up red eyes (much scarier), it’s dressed in a flowing black robe (also pretty scary), it’s holding lanterns in both hands (a guide to the underworld, perhaps?) and, most importantly, it’s more than just a skeleton figure — it’s an archway that’s designed for trick-or-treaters and other visitors to walk underneath on the way to your front door. Skelly has competition this year, y’all.
That’s not all Sam’s Club is offering for Halloween. Check out the list below for some other spooky season decor you’ll love if you go all out for fall.
