With the 2024 Summer Olympics mere days away, the top swimmers in the world will head to Paris to compete for a gold medal. But you don’t have to wait until the opening ceremony to show your team spirit: J.Crew has dropped another new collaboration with USA Swimming on a capsule collection inspired by the fashion brand’s coastal vibes and vintage styles, just in time to celebrate the upcoming Olympic events.
Now available to shop online, the newest J.Crew x USA Swimming collab marks the second drop of the summer from the collab. The latest J.Crew collection features Nineties Americana-inspired pieces, including crewneck tees, a tote bag, embroidered polos, and sweatshirts fit for summers by the coasts (or in front of the TV watching the Olympics ). Part of the first J.Crew x USA Swimming drop, these six-inch lined trunks are designed with a “USA” graphic along the back of the shorts, a button pocket and drawstring waist, plus built-in UPF 50 protection to shield you from harmful rays.

“This summer will be an incredible global heritage moment for our brand — and as J.Crew looks ahead, we want to continue to authentically seek culturally significant alignments and evolve our rich history of collaborations,” Libby Wadle, CEO of J.Crew Group, said in a release after the first drop in June. “We are thrilled to be able to partner with USA Swimming on this lifestyle and swim campaign and celebrate these incredible athletes on their paths to Paris and beyond.”
The J.Crew x USA Swimming campaign, meantime, features everyone from Olympic medalists to world champs alike, including Olivia Smoliga, Dare Rose, Drew Kibler, Jay Litherland, Rhyan White, Natalie Hinds, Leah Smith, Claire Curzan, and Kate Douglass.
On the heels of the new collection, J.Crew says it made a donation to the USA Swimming Foundation, which “works to strengthen the sport by equipping children and adults with the life-saving skill of learning to swim, providing financial support to the athletes on the U.S. National Team and broadening community access to the sport,” according to a release.
