TikTok is full of great food hacks to help you transform everyday foods into amazing little treats. For example, the now-viral Fluffy Coke became popular because of TikTok. With this trend, you simply smear some marshmallow fluff inside a glass, add some ice and pour in some Coca-Cola .

Unfortunately, it's also full of sugar and calories, so it's not a solid option for people who may be trying to cut back on either of those things. But thanks to TikTok we now have a new version of Fluffy Coke that some people are calling "genius."

Content creator @smallersam_pcos shared the hack on her TikTok account and people are obsessed with it. It's just 45 calories for a sweet treat that's perfect for summer.

Sam says she lost 246 pounds by eating in a calorie deficit, which is when you consume fewer calories than your body needs for maintenance, leading to weight loss because your body burns stored fat for energy. When speaking of her weight-loss journey, Sam said that it was "the sweet treats that kept me going."

For her riff on the Fluffy Coke trend, Sam made a Fluffy Diet Coke using Diet Coca-Cola from McDonald's , which has no calories, and two tablespoons of regular marshmallow fluff, which is where the 45 calories come from. She said she ordered a large Diet Coke and an empty cup. She spread the marshmallow fluff on the inside of the empty cup, then poured in the Diet Coke. She took a sip and said that it tasted just like a Coke Float.

In the comments on her video, people suggested using Zero-Sugar Root Beer, Diet Pepsi or Diet Dr Pepper. If you wanted to lean into the orange creamsicle flavor trend, you could also use Zero-Sugar Orange Fanta.

"This is genius," someone commented on the video, and we have to agree. Sweet treats with fewer calories are a great way to help you stick to your goals, and this one is just so easy to make.

A lot of people responded to Sam's video by saying they would definitely be trying this hack, so we think the Fluffy Diet Coke is going to give Fluffy Coke a run for its money.
