@ghallfitness How to lose 5kg in just 3 days. This is called the Military Diet. Which claims that the best way to lose weight quickly is by sticking to these basic meals. As a weightloss coach I had to review this. Hope this helps #weightloss #weightlosstips #militarydietchallenge #fyp #trending UNDERWATER WONDERSCAPES (MASTER) – Frederic Bernard

Is The Military Diet Good For Weight Loss?

Gerard starts by detailing the Military Diet’s meal plan for losing at least 10 pounds in three days. For breakfast, you’ll need 1 cup of coffee, a slice of toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and half a grapefruit. “It’s not a bad start, but I’m not seeing a protein source ,” Gerard notes.

For lunch, the plan includes a slice of toast, half a cup of tuna, and 1/2 cup of coffee. Gerard comments that “there’s at least some protein in this meal.”

For dinner, you’ll have 3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of green beans, half a banana, 1 small apple, and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream .

He says that “if you follow this, you will 100% lose a lot of weight. The meal comes to 970 calories and 70 grams of protein. But, as a health coach, I wouldn’t recommend it . Because as soon as you go back to normal eating, you’re just going to pile the weight back on.”

He further adds, “Eating under 1,000 calories like this is just going to crash your metabolism and ruin your hormones, which means you’re just going to struggle long term. Now you’re fighting an uphill battle.”

Gerard ends by saying not to fall for these fad diets that are restrictive; “they never work; sustainability is key.”

While these diets may produce short-term results, they’re rarely sustainable, and weight is often regained. Consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor, ensures you receive personalized advice tailored to your unique health needs, goals, and lifestyle.
