Team USA took care of business on Tuesday after completely destroying Germany in their pre-Olympic tune-up game, 84-57. It was a dominant display from the national squad following their surprise defeat at the hands of Caitlin Clark and Team WNBA during the recently concluded 2024 WNBA All-Star Game.

Speaking of Clark, some fans of the Indiana Fever rookie just could not help but bring her up after watching the national team take down Germany in their exhibition contest. These supporters argued that Team USA would have won by an even bigger margin if Clark was on the roster, a notion non-believers strongly rejected.

"Clark would’ve lead them to 100," said a fan.

"Man drop this Clark bulls**t she wouldn't," someone responded.

"Give it a f**kin rest already," replied another.

Another Clark supporter had the same observation after Team USA's victory, and he too felt the wrath of the other fans who've grown aggressively tired of this narrative.

"If they beat Germany by 27, imagine what CC and the WNBA all stars would have beaten Germany by," said a Clark fan.

"Yall are the worst. Team USA will easily win gold. Caitlin can't even shoot her 3s consistently and was 0-7, so stop bringing her up on team USA posts," one of the replies read.

"You guys are so annoying with this analogy. It was just one game, get over it," said another.

The fact of the matter is that Team USA came out with an impressive performance on Tuesday. Another fact is that Clark fans are likely going to continue banging on this same drum throughout the national team's gold medal quest at the Olympics.

I guess that's just how much they adore their beloved superstar.
