The answers to today's Quordle, game #912, are…
FUSSY
PRIMO
THOSE
HEARD
You don't see the word PRIMO used much, do you? According to the excellent WordAndPhraseInfo website, it ranks only 31,592nd in terms of the most widely used English language words, compared to 15,968 for FUSSY, and 102 for THOSE; HEARD is not listed because it's a derivative of HEAR.
Anyway, with that in mind I can understand if you found PRIMO to be a difficult one today, although I didn't. That was thanks to my starting words giving me the green P at the start, green I in the middle, and yellow O and R; it really couldn't have been anything else other than PRIOR, and for whatever reason I didn't spot the latter word until I'd already solved PRIMO. Lucky.
