Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark helped guide Team WNBA to a 117-109 upset win over New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu and Team USA in the 2024 WNBA All-Star game.

Now, Clark gets a month off from basketball for the 2024 Paris Olympics after nearly a year without a break, which includes her senior season with the Iowa Hawkeyes.

In the All-Star game, Clark recorded four points on 2-of-9 shooting, two steals, and 10 assists, which marked the highest ever in a WNBA All-Star game by a rookie. Ionescu added five points on 2-of-6 shooting, three rebounds, and three assists for Team USA.

On Tuesday, during her vacation, Clark made an Instagram post highlighting her first All-Star weekend. The post included ten photos of Clark during Saturday's game.

Clark left a simple caption for her post: "First WNBA All-Star," with heart and star emojis.

Ionescu, who is a known friend of Clark's, responded to her with a simple "Hi."

The 2024 WNBA All-Star game marked the fifth time this season that Clark and Ionescu went head-to-head. Ionescu won the first three matches by a wide margin, but Clark got her revenge with two straight wins entering the Olympic break.
