A tiny little retention wall built with quick crete and cinder blocks, maybe 2 blocks high, would have saved her yard. It'd also have been easy to make cute/presentable to the HOA board and avoided all this drama. Now, even if the courts rule in her favor that it shouldn't have been put there, all of her neighbors and the board will be able to sue for property damage and it won't end well fir her because these extreme actions did cause it and she's admitted to doing it.
