    Former ‘16 and Pregnant’ star Autumn Oxley dies in Henrico County

    HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A woman who appeared on “16 and Pregnant” in its fifth season died in a Henrico County home on Saturday.

    At about 3:12 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, units with both Henrico Police and Henrico Fire responded to a home in the 700 block of Chinkapin Court for report of a medical emergency.

    When they arrived at the scene, first responders found an unresponsive woman in the home. According to authorities, Henrico Fire units attempted life-saving measures.

    The woman, later identified as 27-year-old Autumn Oxley of Henrico County, died at the scene.

    Oxley, also known by the last name Crittendon, previously starred on the MTV reality television show “16 and Pregnant,” according to Deadline .

    “Henrico Police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation,” police said in a press release. “Detectives are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on this case to determine the exact cause and manner of death.”
