My Deer Friend Nokotan episode 3 recap

The episode starts with Koshi entering the clubroom and finding an actual deer inside. She freaks out but calms down as she assumes the deer is Nokotan in disguise. Koshi tries to pry the deer’s fur. However, it kicks her out of the clubroom.

She returns to the room to force Nokotan to reveal herself using wacky methods but decides to use her book of embarrassing poems to lure Nokotan into revealing herself. However, this has little effect. Nokotan then appears behind her and clarifies the situation, showing that the deer has escaped the zoo.

Later, Koshi gives a speech to the incoming first-year students, including her sister Anko. After that, she heads to the clubroom with Nokotan and finds a girl unconscious. The girl wakes up and reveals her name is Bashame. She praises Nokotan and asks to be her disciple.

Anko enters the clubroom and sees Bashame having a moment with Koshi, sending her into a rage. Koshi manages to calm them down as they plan towards their goals for the club. The episode ends with three students spying on the deer club.
