NBC primetime Olympics schedule: What to watch tonight July 24 from Paris Games

The 2024 Paris Olympic Games kick off tonight with men's soccer and rugby sevens. However, for those of us unable to catch the entirety of the Olympic events, waiting until after work to settle down on the couch and cheer on our chosen American representatives is the only option. However, what will actually be airing at that time? What will fans be able to watch during primetime hours tonight for the Olympics?

That is what we are here to answer. Here is every primetime event happening tonight, July 24, on the opening night of the Olympic Games.

Olympics primetime schedule for July 24:

Unfortunately for Olympics fans, there will be no live events happening during primetime hours on July 24. That isn't to say that fans won't be able to watch replays of highlights or matches from earlier in the day.

NBCOlympics.com 's broadcast schedule will feature a litany of replays from earlier in the day. Starting at 8 p.m. ET, USA Network will air a replay of the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team's group play matchup against France. They will also air replays of Japan vs. Paraguay, Iraq vs. Ukraine, and Mali vs. Israel.

NBC's "Primetime in Paris" kicks off on Saturday, July 27 at 8 p.m. ET.
