FL Getting A New Shopping Center By A Publix With A Marshall's, Five Below, Jersey Mike's & Medical

Shoppers in the Punta Gorda area will soon have more options. If you are a Floridian, you probably live relatively close to a shopping center that includes retail, offices, and restaurant businesses all in one place. As malls become a little less common in the Sunshine State, shopping centers pop up all the time. They are convenient because they offer an easy way to visit many businesses without having to travel too far. However, they sometimes change hands. For example, I've written about Florida's The Fountains selling for a loss and The Shoppes at Monterra Commons selling a year after opening. And now a new shopping center - The Shoppes at Yellow Pine - is in the works with an initial owner.

About The Shoppes At Yellow Pine: This shopping center in Punta Gorda's Babcock Ranch won't open until 2025. But it is already fully leased. Visitors will find a wide range of businesses including a medical center from Tampa General Hospital, an Ultra Beauty, a Marshall's, an Ace Hardware, a Five Below, a Panera, a Jersey Mike's, a Papa John's, and a Carvel Ice Cream.

The Shoppes will be adjacent to a highly-rated Publix at Crescent B Commons which gets 4.7 out of 5 stars on Google reviews. Many mention the store's cleanliness and friendly staff. A reviewer named Kristi writes:

"Beautiful supermarket has a bit of everything. Something here for everyone. Employees (are) extremely helpful and very friendly. (The) store, bathrooms, and parking (are) all very clean as well. All in all (an) extremely positive shopping experience."
