Big Brother is back! Season 26 of the beloved competition show started with a two-night premiere on Wednesday, July 17. Sixteen new contestants entered the BB house in the hopes of taking home the $750,000 prize.

If you’re a fan of the show, you know there is a considerable amount of BB content to keep up with throughout the season. In addition to the three episodes released weekly, there are Live Feeds and interviews with the evicted houseguests. Not to mention keeping up with all the drama the pre-jurors engage in on social media following their elimination. It can be a bit overwhelming. If you need some assistance, look no further.

Here are the best Big Brother podcasts to listen to during Season 26:

Rob Has a Big Brother Podcast

Survivor alum Rob Cesternino’s podcast Rob Has a Podcast or “RHAP” will keep you up-to-date with all things Big Brother this summer. Not only does the podcast recap the episodes and provide exclusive interviews with evicted houseguests but it also covers the Live Feeds. Let’s be honest, no one has time to watch hours upon hours of raw footage of the houseguests, so let BB superfan Taran Armstrong do it for you. Every morning at 11 a.m. EST, Taran recaps everything that happened on the Big Brother Live Feeds the day before. The recaps are incredibly detailed, covering everything from late-night chats to funny moments that didn’t make the episode.

The Winner’s Circle Big Brother podcast

BB winners and friends Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore teamed up to create the podcast The Winner’s Circle in July 2021. The two have extensive knowledge of the show and what it takes to win. Derrick won Season 16 and Cody took home the title in Season 22: All-Stars. On their podcast, they talk through the strategy of each player and deduce who has the best shot at winning. Their insider knowledge of the game makes the podcast unique.

On the July 5 episode , Cody revealed that Derrick would be taking a break from the podcast this summer to focus on family life. However, he teased that the former BB winner may make an appearance at some point. Cody, on the other hand, seems ready to take on the job solo. In their last episode, he shared his hopes for the new season, telling listeners he wants to see more drama.

“People are afraid to even like get into arguments, to have any fights, to have any drama…Can we get back to that?” he said. “When Janelle [Pierzina] would just go off on people, it was the best. That’s why we love Janelle…Bring us back [to that].”

“It feels like everyone’s playing this tip-toe game of Big Brother,” he added.

The Secret Alliance Big Brother podcast

Big Brother 3 alums Danielle Reyes and Jason Guy launched their podcast The Secret Alliance in 2020. The two were later joined by BB13 winner Rachel Reilly and BB23 houseguest Hannah Chaddha . The podcast is lighthearted, fun, and includes some great strategy talk. Danielle is known for her masterful gameplay, so it is a joy watching her pull apart everyone’s strategy.

    Conspire Away, B*tches!

Big Brother 21 houseguest Kat Dunn covers BB on her podcast Conspire Away, B*tches! The title is a playful nod to her signature catchphrase from her season. On the pod, Kat shares her honest takes on the season and interviews evicted houseguests. She isn’t afraid to ask tough questions or call out houseguests for their bad behavior, which makes the podcast compelling to listen to.
