Siblings have a bond unlike any other — and that includes knowing how to tease each other the most. Bindi Irwin’s brother Robert Irwin just shared a childhood video ribbing his sister on her birthday, and it’s going viral because it’s so. Incredibly. Cute!

Bindi turned 26 today, and her baby brother marked the occasion in the funniest way: by posting a clip of his birth in 2003. The video on Instagram starts with a young Bindi being approached by their dad, the late Steve Irwin. “I’ve got some news,” he says, before crouching down to get on Bindi’s level. She looks adorable in a yellow polo shirt with an Australia Zoo khaki shirt on over it and her hair in two pigtails.

“We’re not really going home,” the Crocodile Hunter continues, adding that he is going to take her to the hospital. “Mummy just had a baby,” he says with tears in his eyes.

Bindi’s eyes open wide, and she blinks. “Really?” You can tell how excited she is!

“Yeah, she’s had a little baby boy, and he’s named Robert Clarence Irwin,” Steve continues. “And he’s only that big!” he adds, gesturing with two fingers.

As they walk hand-in-hand to the hospital, Bindi tells her dad, “I’m more excited than Mummy and you.” He responds, “I can believe that!” What a sweet big sister!

The clip goes onto show baby Robert in the hospital with their mom Terri Irwin, and Bindi’s little finger reaching out to touch his nose and face. Later, she sits in a chair holding the baby, who is wrapped in a crocodile blanket. “How do you know it’s a boy?” she asks. Oof, coming out with the tough questions right off the bat! I’m dying laughing — there’s nothing like an awkward kid question to interrupt a special moment.

Her mom responds off camera, and Bindi asks, “Did ya check?”

“They’re not born with clothes on, Bindi,” Terri answers. So, so cute! She asks her brother, “How long are you going to sleep for?”

In another clip, Bindi holds a little bowl of ice cream in one hand with her brother in the other, telling her parents, “I’ll call him Brian!” Steve gives her a confused look, reminding her, “His name’s Robert.”

“But I’ll call him Brian for short,” she insists with a smile. Steve just nods and says, “OK.” Sometimes you just gotta accept your fate!

The video is so funny, but of course, Steve makes us all cry at the end. “It’s like the whole reason you’ve been put on Earth. Is to do this,” he says, holding the baby up to the camera. “That’s what it seems like.” Aww!

Robert captioned the adorable clip, “Happy birthday, Bindi … love, Brian.” She responded in the best way: “Thank you, Brian. This is the best 😂💛”

Terri also commented, “More than anything, Steve loved being your dad!” Nothing more amazing than that!

Fans loved this video as much as we do, calling out their favorite moments in the comments. “The confidence in her voice, ‘I’ll call him Brian,’” one person wrote. Someone else said, “’How do you know it’s a boy?’ 🥰😂🥰😂”

“I love how Steve didn’t even argue with her🤣❤️,” someone else said. Another wrote, “Omg. How cute! My little brother wanted to name my sister trash can.”

Bindi was showered with love by her mom in her own birthday post. “Happy birthday beautiful Bindi. I have loved you from the moment you first came into our lives,” she wrote on Instagram . “You have brightened my every day with your ability to see the best in everyone and everything. Even in the most challenging times, you forge ahead with courage and optimism.”

“You continue to be the best daughter, and now you are an amazing mama with a daughter of your own,” she continued. “Thank you for looking down from heaven and choosing our family 26 years ago. We were blessed with an angel. 💕” (You just thought you were crying before because oh my gosh!)

She also shared tons of photos from Bindi’s life, including a selfie with a baby Bindi wrapped in a towel after her bath, a picture of toddler Bindi smiling up at her dad while they both wax a surfboard, and a snap of a smiling kid Bindi posing in front of water.  There are also photos of Bindi hugging her mom, cuddling a sheep, holding a koala, and smiling with her husband Chandler Powell and their 3-year-old daughter Grace Warrior.

“I love you with all my heart. Thank you, Mum. I am so lucky to be your daughter ❤️,” Bindi responded.

Powell shared a picture of him and Bindi on his own page, sharing a beautiful tribute to his wife. “Happy birthday to the most incredible person I know,” he said. “We have always said 26 will be your year and I truly believe that. Whether it’s watching you help a stranger in need at the grocery store or leaving notes around the house to make me smile, your compassionate heart will always be my favorite thing about you. I love you. ❤️”

She replied to the heartwarming post, “Sweetheart ❤️❤️ Thank you so much @chandlerpowell . You and Grace are my whole world. I love you.”
