The influence of tenniscore and destination dressing is evident in The Lyst Index Q2 2024, a quarterly ranking of fashion’s hottest brands and products.

The shopping app named the $550 Cloudlilt Loewe II, a co-designed sneaker by Loewe and Swiss performance brand On, the hottest product of the quarter. A favorite of Emily Ratajkowski, the sneaker features multilayer mesh and textile uppers and extra cushioning.

Other sneakers on the index skew toward retro designs. Adidas SL72 OG landed at No 2., revealing itself to be a fashion insider’s alternative to Adidas Sambas . Dries Von Noten ’70s-inspired tonal suede ranked No. 9.

The decade is flexing its muscle in apparel, too. Searches for Casablanca’s open-knit camp shirt (No. 4) increased 161 percent quarter-on-quarter, while High Sport’s flared pants (No. 6) have earned a cult following among industry insiders in the U.S., Lyst stated. Searches for the cotton/Lycra pull-on pants increased 42 percent on Lyst this quarter.

Contemporary labels are heating up accessories. Coach’s Tabby bag ranked No. 3 and COS $170 leather fisherman sandals ranked No. 8. The Santa Croce woven leather tote bag by Dragon Diffusion ranked No. 5, cementing itself as a new cult favorite, Lyst stated. Searches for the bag, available in small and big sizes, increased 197 percent in Q2.

Amylynn’s vivral puffball dress (No. 7) and Prada’s Symbole sunglasses (No. 10) rounded out the top 10 list, hinting to a return of glam dressing.

Pop culture moments also helped Loewe top the index as the hottest brand. The Spanish luxury label had a busy Q2. The 2024 Met Gala sponsor presented its men’s wear Spring/Summer 2025 show in Paris, released a Pride capsule collection during Q2 and dressed Zendaya in tennis-themed looks for the “Challengers” press tour. Creative director Jonathan Anderson also designed costumes for the film with select items available to shop through Loewe .

These moments, Lyst stated, helped Loewe overtake luxury labels Miu Miu (No. 2), Prada (No. 3), Saint Laurent (No. 4), Bottega Veneta (No. 5), Versace (No. 6) and Balenciaga (No.7). Jacquemus climbed two spots to No. 8, boosted by viral campaigns and a summer capsule collection of striped swimwear and accessories.

Rounding out the top 10 is Moncler, down three spots from Q1 at No.9 and Gucci, up one spot at No. 10.
