Following the viral video of her onstage wardrobe malfunction—a denim skirt with a deep side slit that let the crowd see her lower body—Morris replied to the issue with her characteristic humor in a comical TikTok posted on Tuesday, July 16. The caption for a video she uploaded of herself looking around idly said, "Hey guyz, did anything weird happen today?!?!" She paired it cheekily with Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's 2020 smash song "WAP".
"Like, I've given birth," she wrote in the comments, adding, "I think I'll frame the skirt. Nothing embarrasses me anymore."
Morris also used the event to inform her fans that August 2 will see the release of her next five-track EP, Intermission. Both the previously released single "Cut!" with Julia Michaels and the freshly released smash "I Hope I Never Fall in Love" will be featured.
"It's pretty self-explanatory from the title, having recently gone through a major breakup," she said, referencing the latter song, in a recent Instagram video. "Just wanting to keep things informal and really just lean into the 'situationship' of it all, and not wanting to go down that path again."
