Young and the Restless Spoilers: Jill Blindsides Billy, Sells Chancellor Industries To Victor

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will get his way with the Chancellor Industries takeover. She Knows Soaps reports that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) agrees to sell her shares to Victor. That gives him both Mamie Johnson's (Veronica Redd) and Jill's shares, potentially 60% of Chancellor Industries' stock.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) commented on Victor's confidence about the acquisition. They told Victor that he was being cocky about being able to swindle Chancellor Industries from Jill's control.

It turns out Jill had already agreed. Like Victor said, Jill wants to retire and focus on her health. She revealed how displeased she was with Billy Abbott's (Jason Thompson) power move and feared he would "run Chancellor into the ground."

With the control of Chancellor Industries a sure thing, Victor gives Billy the heads up. He lets Billy know that the golden boy Abbott will be out of a job once he gains control.

At first, the Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy doesn't believe Victor. He doesn't think his mother would blindside him in this manner. The betrayal hits harder for Billy when he learns Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) was offered to keep her position under Victor's control.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy learns there is nothing he can do about Victor's takeover plan. His mother sold her shares, and with Mamie's shares, he now holds the majority stake in the company.
