TUSCOLA, Ill. (WCIA) — The Douglas County Animal Shelter announced on Wednesday that they are currently not accepting more animals as they deal with a crowded space.

They said they have only five dog runs and eight cat kennels, all of which are occupied. Even their office area is full of rescues.
