CARENCRO, La. ( KLFY )– There are new developments in the murder of O’Shay Breaux , 20, of Carencro. The suspects, who were juveniles at the time of his murder, will be tried as adults. Meanwhile, authorities are still searching for the last of four suspects involved in Breaux’s death.

Jaden Garlow, 18, was arrested for second degree murder just last week. Jakyri Aggison, 18, and Koby Glaude, 17, were arrested for principal to second degree murder. Matthew Charles, 19, is still wanted for principal to second degree murder.

“They came into my yard. They killed my son in my yard. They don’t deserve a plea bargain. They need to be sentenced for life,” O’Shay Breaux’s mother, Michelle Breaux, said. “They took my son’s life. He’s without his mother, so they shouldn’t be with theirs. They should give them life, and that’s what I’m fighting for.”

Three of the four people charged in O’Shay Breaux’s murder have been arrested. Koby Glaude, 17, is still a juvenile and is being held in juvenile detention. Matthew Charles, 19, is still on the run.

Both Jaden Garlow, 18, and Jakyri Aggison, 18, are being held on a $500,000 bond in the Lafayette Parish jail.

“$500,000? That’s not enough for what they did, to come in my yard. Didn’t even know my son and did what they did. I’m fighting for a higher bond on all four,” Michelle Breaux added.

While she’s glad the district attorney’s office is charging the then-juveniles as adults, she hopes justice is served to the full extent of the law.

“They cannot come to me with a plea bargain,” she said. “It’s nothing. No.”

As for the remaining suspect who has not been arrested, Matthew Charles, 18, she’s waiting for him to face his charges.

“I’m not happy with it. I want him picked up,” the mother told News 10. “You need to turn yourself in. They have everybody else but you. Stop running. You aren’t able to run anymore. Where are you going to go?”

Garlow, Aggison and Glaude will appear in court for their pre-trial hearings over the next few months.

Michelle Breaux wants to thank the Carencro Police Department, Opelousas Police Department, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office.
