Clinics Can Help (CCH) announces plans for its 11th Annual Golf Classic, coming off a record fundraising year.

The Gil Martinez Agency— State Farm will present the event, which will be chaired by CBS 12’s morning anchor, Matt Lincoln, along with PGA Tour Champion Dana Quigley. Quigley became involved with Clinics Can Help after his son was in a near-fatal car accident that left him confined to a wheelchair for more than a decade.

    Devon died in 2023.

The 2024 event raises money to help support the families of children with special needs through Clinics Can Help’s KINDER Project (Kids In Need of Durable Equipment Right Now). The KINDER Project directly helps families that struggle to afford equipment that enables their children to lead more independent lives.

The event will return to The Wanderer’s Club in Wellington on October 11th. It tees off at 8:45 a.m. and will be a scramble format with mixed, men’s, and women’s divisions.

Prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed team (sun-and-fun golf attire), closest to the pin (men and women), and longest drive (men and women). A hole-in-one contest will also add to the excitement.
