Olympics TV schedule today: Every sport happening today at Paris Games and how to watch

Competition at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games has already started, but a few more sports will begin their events on Thursday.

Wednesday was the first day of play with several events in men's soccer and rugby sevens. Thursday brings a continuation of the rugby sevens tournament as well as the start of three more sports' competitions: archery, women's soccer and handball.

The final day of competition before this year's opening ceremony will feature more than 25 events in total. Most of them are part of preliminary stages ahead of knockout stage, but rugby sevens will play all four quarterfinal matches on Thursday as well.
